Studio Policies:

Students are not to arrive earlier than 10 minutes before class begins, and not to enter the studio until it is their time to dance. Please do not disrupt class in progress.

Parents are not allowed in the studio during class time. Parent observation week is Nov. 12-15.

Please write student's name in all dance shoes and on the inside of their dance bag.

Monthly notices are distributed to all students during class to keep parents informed of studio events and updates.

Please notify the studio should you have a change of address or telephone number. This information is vital in trying to reach a parent or guardian in the event
of an emergency.
All students are to wear leotard, tights, and appropriate dance shoes at all times. No cover-ups allowed in any ballet classes (i.e. T-shirts, sweatshirts, etc.). Hair must be secure in a ponytail, bun, or braid during classes.

Registration:
A $25 registration fee and first months or first quarters tuition is due upon enrollment and must accompany a Registration Form. Registration fee is non-refundable. A registration is not considered complete and class space is not reserved until the fee is paid.

Tuition:
Tuition is due on the 1st lesson of each month and is past due after the 10th. A $10.00 late fee will be charged to any past due accounts. Statements will not be given unless the account is past due. Tuition will remain the same whether it is a 4 or 5 week month and regardless of students absences, Tuition will not be pro-rated.

Returned Checks:
There will be a $25.00 fee on all returned checks. Money order or cash will be accepted at this point for payment.

Pay Quarterly or yearly and receive a 10% discount!
We offer discounted rates for siblings. In most cases, if public schools are closed due to inclement weather conditions the dance studio will also be closed. In the event that the weather improves and THE ROAD BECOMES CLEAR BY 2:00P.M., WE WILL HOLD CLASSES. If you are unsure whether your class will be held, please call our studio (704-735-2277), we will leave a message on the answering machine. Kinderdance/Kindergym - leotard and tights; pink ballet shoes; black tap shoes
B/J/C Classes - leotard and tights; tan jazz boots; pink ballet shoes; white oxford lace up clogging shoes with "steven stomper" jingle taps
Competition teams - leotard and tights; dance paws; tan tap shoes
Gymnastics - soffe gym shorts and t-shirt
Hip Hop, Cheerdance - soffe gym shorts, t-shirt, and tennis shoes.
